Celebrate a motoring icon in this temporary exhibition commemorating the 60th anniversary of the launch of the Jaguar E-Type - brought to you by the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust and displayed at the British Motor Museum.
Uncover the story of the evolution of the E-Type from the racing C and D-Types of the 1950s to its launch in 1961 and subsequent successful racing V12s from the 1970s.
You can see a special selection of 9 cars, including the E2A Prototype (above), illustrating the evolution of the E-Type. Most of the cars displayed are from the JDHT collection and some have been generously loaned for the exhibition.
A number of rarely seen Jaguar-related documents, advertisements, artworks and artefacts accompany the stunning vehicles.
Located on the Museum's mezzanine floor, this exhibition is on display from 15 March to the end of June 2021. We hope you can come and see it!
