This ever-popular event gives model fans the chance to see over 100 large static radio controlled model aircraft - including WW1 & WW2 models, jets and more - without the restriction of flight line fencing at public shows. With many builders and pilots attending the show, you’ll be able to compare and discuss projects and stories, while taking inspiration from the impressive examples on display.
The show also boasts a large trade area, offering everything you need to get off to a flying start in model aircraft building, from miniature propellers to small jet engines and pre-assembled models.
Whether a model building veteran or a newcomer to the scene, the Large Model Aircraft show is sure to spark the temptation to start an exciting new model aircraft project!

Book your ticket to enjoy the show and explore the Museum too! Visitor tickets cost just £17, per adult, £9 per child.
There is a discounted entry price for LMA & BMFA members upon production of a valid membership card on the day of the event. Membership card holders who wish to take advantage of this discount should not book tickets online in advance, and should instead bring their valid membership card on the day of the event to present when purchasing a ticket on arrival.
Support the Museum and get an Annual Pass!
When booking your ticket, choose to donate your entry fee when prompted and in return we'll convert your ticket to an Annual Pass at no extra cost. You will also have the chance to Gift Aid your donation. Please be a Gift Aid visitor if you can, it makes a big difference to our charity. This can only be done at the time of booking.
