Two feature exhibitions. Twice the excitement. Double your child's summer fun for just £1!
This summer's activities are all focused on our two incredible feature exhibitions:
Forza Horizon 6: The Experience - Discover a fantastic line-up of cars from the new game, from sports cars to cult classics, before taking on a state-of-the-art racing simulator. Can you set the fastest time?
Spoiler Alert: The Hot Hatch Story - A bold new tribute to these everyday heroes of the road, blending vibrant visuals and a retro soundtrack with iconic hot hatches from the 80s and 90s.
It's a match made in motoring heaven, so get ready for high-octane family fun all summer long!
Under the UK government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, child tickets for visits between 25 June and 1 September will cost just £1*! There’s no better time to book a summer day out at the Museum, particularly with so many activities and experiences to enjoy…
We're teaming up with Playground Games to offer a prize draw, with a Forza Horizon-themed goody bag stuffed with prizes to be won for each week of the summer holidays! All you have to do to enter is set a time on the simulators in Forza Horizon 6: The Experience, and complete the competition entry form. You don't have to be fast, it's the taking part that counts!

Beyond the Museum Mezzanine, there are seven cars hidden around the collections that star in Forza Horizon 6. Can you find them all? Collect your Tank Passport and add a new stamp for each car, with designs inspired by this landmark release. Once you’ve found them all, fill out the back, including a photo or drawing of yourself, to get your passport ready to take home.
Younger visitors can dive into a fun-filled Activity Sheet! Collect one from the Family Activity Station or Mezzanine, and test your skills with games and challenges, including an engaging family trail. Find Tank around the Museum and learn facts about the game! Complete all the activities to win a reward sticker from the Family Activity Station.
Want to experience motoring in the 80s for yourself? As part of your visit, you can experience a ride around the site in a 1980 Triumph Dolomite or a 1984 Vauxhall Astra!** There will be no charge for the rides for visitors, but donations are welcome.
With plenty of craft supplies in the Learning Hub, visitors aged 7 and up can build a car, inspired the exhibitions, adding lights and movement with the power of circuitry! You can even decorate your creation with spoilers, racing stripes and more!
Visitors aged 5-7 can build a little "Cube-Bot" out of card using a kit! As you go, build up a circuit to power lights and movement and decorate your robot, ready to take home!
Bring the world of Forza Horizon 6 to life with fun colouring-in sheets. Choose your colours, and create a vibrant Horizon masterpiece of your own.
We’re delving deeper into 'Spoiler Alert'! Each day, we’ll be running new family tours at 11.30am and 1.30pm, featuring hot hatch racers Simon Spoiler and Alice Alert. Then, burn some rubber on the track with our remote-controlled cars! Can you set the fastest time on our course? Finally, take a ride around the site with a duo of cars inspired by Spoiler Alert!
