Join us for Rootes Heritage Day, new this summer at the British Motor Museum.

We’re bringing even more vehicle variety to our summer programme of motoring shows by celebrating all kinds of Classic Rootes Group vehicles! Whether that’s the pre-70s cars such as Hillmans, Humbers, Singers and Sunbeams or the later Chryslers, Simcas and Talbots. Don’t forget the commercial vehicles such as Commers, Karriers and Kew Dodges too. We’re expecting over 400 vehicles to come together and make a fantastic and rare Rootes display.

2 events & Museum entry in 1 ticket

Tickets for this event will also give you admission to the Old Ford Rally, taking place alongside the Rootes Heritage Day on Sunday 17 July. This popular show is the best place to see a great variety of pre-1995 vehicles with Ford engines including Anglias, Capris, Cortinas, Escorts, Fiestas, Granadas, Model Ts, Zephyrs and Zodiacs. We also have live commentary and displays in the Show Arena.

All of this comes with the added bonus of being able to see over 350 more cars inside the Museum. Inside the Museum will be a large display of hand-built Meccano models from The Midlands Meccano Guild. There is also a small indoor trade area with diecast models, vehicle brochures and photos.
