Held on 12 September every year, National Video Games Day is a celebration of games and gamers, past and present. To celebrate the day, we're teaming up with our friends at Playground Games to bring you a selection of fun activities for the whole family, inspired by Forza Horizon 6.

WIN the Ultimate Forza Horizon 6 Goody Bag!
We're teaming up with Playground Games to offer a special prize draw for National Video Games Day, with a Forza Horizon-themed goody bag stuffed with prizes to be won! All you have to do to enter is set a lap time on the gaming simulator rigs in Forza Horizon 6: The Experience during your visit, and complete the competition entry form. You don't have to be fast, it's the taking part that counts!
Stamp your Passport
Beyond the new exhibition, there are seven cars hidden around the Museum and Collections Centre that star in Forza Horizon 6. Can you find them all? Collect your Tank Passport and add a new stamp for each car you find, based on the in-game designs from this landmark release.
Once you’ve completed your collection, fill out the information on the back, and add a photo or drawing of yourself to complete your passport to the Horizon Festival, ready to take home. Happy hunting!
Are you up to the challenge?
Younger visitors can dive into a brand-new Forza Horizon 6 Activity Sheet, launching on National Video Games Day! Collect one from the Family Activity Station or Mezzanine.
To solve all the challenges you'll need to follow the fun trail starring Tank, the Forza Horizon mascot. This elusive character has been exploring the collections and, as always, he’s proving a little difficult to find. Track him down to uncover some fun facts about the game!
Complete all the challenges to earn a Tank sticker and certificate.

Every day, 10am to 3.30pm with last entry at 3pm
Think you can design a car fit for Forza Horizon? Look no further. The Learning Hub has everything you need to create a new road icon! With a full garage of craft supplies, you can design and build your own car, inspired by cars from the Museum collections. Add racing stripes and wheel trims, choose any colour, any extras, the only limit is your imagination! Once it’s finished, take it home and display it with pride.
