Join us on 23 May with a day of celebrations marking the opening of an unmissable exhibition: Forza Horizon 6: The Experience at the British Motor Museum, with a festival of beautiful cars, iconic music and live demonstrations.
The British Motor Museum is beginning an exciting new partnership with Playground Games to bring you Forza Horizon 6 - The Experience, creating thrilling automotive experiences that blend real life motoring heritage with the car culture of the digital world.
On 23 May, the flag drops, with a major launch festival celebrating the launch of the racing game event of the year, and the opening of an unmissable exhibition at the British Motor Museum.
In the spirit of Forza Horizon 6's vibrant world, this exciting launch event sees the Horizon Festival burst out of the screen and onto our outdoor arenas with:
- A special showcase of iconic Japanese cars
- Gaming Vans showcasing this landmark release
- A choreographed drift stunt show by precision stunt driver Tessa Whittock
- Didi Car Arena for younger visitors to get behind the wheel
- Street food trucks
- Live music as featured in the game
- And much more!
You'll feel truly immersed in the festival atmosphere of Horizon!
In the exhibition space, there’s even more ways to get up-close to the action, with a chance to Meet the Developers behind the game, and ask your questions. Meanwhile, RobocodeUK will be delivering hands-on Coding Workshops*, available to book here. Game Design activities will also be available throughout the day providing an insight into the basics of making games.
The first 2,500 visitors will receive a limited edition wristband, exclusive to this event!
We anticipate high demand for these tickets. Don't hesitate to secure your place!
Book a visitor ticket for the Launch Festival and get entry to the Museum - including the Forza Horizon 6 exhibition! Book in advance and SAVE with tickets for just £18 per adult, £9 per child, and £16 per concession.
Please note: Visitor tickets give you access to the Museum and to the event, but vehicles with a visitor pass will be parked in visitor parking and not within the display areas.
When booking your ticket, choose to donate your entry fee when prompted, and in return, we'll convert your ticket to an Annual Pass at no extra cost. You will also have the chance to Gift Aid your donation. Please be a Gift Aid visitor if possible; it makes a big difference to our charity. This can only be done at the time of booking.

To bring the spirit of the game alive we're dedicating an arena to show Japanese car culture at its best, paying tribute to Japanese car culture, with all JDM models invited. Come and see the display!
Exhibitor tickets are now SOLD OUT.
Gates open to Vehicle Exhibitors on the day at 7.30am. All display vehicles must be in place by 9.30am.
