Community Engagement

Here at The British Motor Museum we are always seeking to form partnerships, build new relationships with local community groups and introduce new audiences to our collections. We work with local and regional community groups regardless of age, cultural background or ability.

We have worked with several groups on a variety of projects that have ranged from collecting oral history or ‘stories’ to creating a short car themed animation film with a local youth group. Some of our projects have resulted in exhibitions and display work at the British Motor Museum or other venues.

We have also taken our handling collection out in to the local community to support events such as ‘The Great Warwickshire Show and Tell’. If you have a community event that you would like to discuss with us please get in touch.
