Meet Lia Block
At just 19 years old, Lia Block has already made her mark across multiple disciplines in motorsport. Starting in karting at 11, she progressed into off-road, drifting, drag racing and rally. In 2023 she became the youngest and first female ARA rally champion in 2023, and recently made history by becoming the first female driver to secure an overall ARA National win at the Ojibwe Forests Rally.
Lia has since competed in F1 Academy, Extreme E, the Baja 1000, Nitrocross Group E and rally with Vermont Sport Car. She is also known for her project builds, digital presence and engaging automotive content. We’re delighted to welcome Lia to Women in Games and Gears, where you’ll have the opportunity to hear more about her journey and meet her at the event.

Whether you're an engineer, artist, student, professional, creator, gamer, car enthusiast, or simply curious about these industries, this event is designed to celebrate and inspire women with a shared passion for gaming and automotive.
