Full Description

The Museum’s meeting rooms provide quiet, practical spaces for smaller meetings, breakout sessions, interviews, training groups, speaker preparation, club meetings and AGMs. Varying in size, they allow organisers to add focused support space to a larger event or create a simple, contained environment for a smaller programme.

Each room offers a comfortable setting for discussion, planning and collaboration, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and presentation support available across the meeting room offer. Some rooms benefit from natural daylight, while others are particularly useful for private conversations or discreet support functions.

Used alongside the larger conference rooms, Lecture Suite or South Wing, the meeting rooms help organisers shape a more complete event journey, giving delegates the right environment for smaller group work as well as main sessions.
