British Motor Museum Meetings & Events sits within a nationally recognised Museum dedicated to collecting, conserving and sharing the stories of Britain’s motor industry. That context gives events here a depth that conventional venues cannot replicate.
Our relevance extends well beyond automotive events. The Museum’s story is also a story of engineering, design, technology, skills, science, manufacturing and social change. For organisations working in STEM, mobility, IT, research, education, innovation or association communities, the venue offers a setting that feels connected to the themes their events are often designed to explore.
Our role is to combine that setting with the practical confidence organisers need: flexible spaces, experienced event support, catering, supplier coordination, parking, accessibility and a team that understands how to shape the venue around the objectives of each event.
Events held at the British Motor Museum support the charitable work of the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust. Income from meetings and events helps preserve the vehicle collection, care for the archive and share the stories of Britain’s motor industry with future generations.
A successful event is not only about the room. It is about how delegates arrive, move, meet, learn, connect and remember the day.
