A full working day, planned with clarity

Our Day Delegate Packages are designed to make planning a productive event straightforward, bringing together the core elements organisers need for a successful day. Room hire, refreshments, lunch, core presentation equipment, Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are all included, giving delegates the practical support they need from arrival through to the close of the programme.

Subject to Museum opening days and times, delegate access to the British Motor Museum is also included. This places the Museum at the heart of the event experience, giving delegates the opportunity to step beyond the meeting room and spend time within the story of Britain’s automotive industry. It helps connect the day to the setting, creating natural moments for conversation, reflection and shared interest between sessions.

Guided tours and additional Museum experiences can be arranged separately, subject to availability.
