Summary
Extensive outdoor space for demonstrations, exhibitions, product displays, team activity and large-scale activations. With hardstanding arenas, open grounds and links to indoor event areas, it gives organisers room to extend the programme beyond the building.
The Museum’s external spaces extend the event experience beyond the building, giving organisers the flexibility to create larger, more dynamic programmes across indoor and outdoor environments.
At the front of the Museum, the Northern and Southern Arenas provide extensive hardstanding space for product displays, vehicle demonstrations, outdoor exhibitions, hospitality and large-scale activations. At the rear of the building, the Western Arena connects directly to key indoor event spaces, allowing organisers to combine conference content with outdoor display, ride-and-drive support or product demonstration activity.
The wider 65-acre site also includes grassed areas for marquees, stages and team activity, as well as the Drive Zone, a purpose-built driver training and demonstration area with realistic road layouts in a safe and controlled setting.
This makes the British Motor Museum a strong choice for events that need more than a conventional meeting room, particularly automotive, mobility, product launch and experiential programmes.
