The Conference and Exhibition Suite is the Museum’s flagship event space, designed for conferences, exhibitions, awards evenings, dinners and product launches at scale. With adaptable space for up to 600 delegates theatre style or 360 cabaret style, it gives organisers the room, flexibility and operational confidence to deliver ambitious programmes.

This is where the venue’s scale comes into focus. The room can support a major plenary, a high-impact product reveal, a large association gathering or a full conference environment with exhibition, catering and networking close by. Vehicle access, rigging points, 3-phase power and links to the Exhibition Gallery support more complex production, staging, display vehicles and technical build.

Connected to the Conference Muster Area and Gallery spaces, the Suite allows delegates to move naturally from arrival and registration into the main programme, then through to catering, exhibition, networking and Museum experiences. Used as one impressive main space or divided into Conference Room 1 and Conference Room 2, it combines character, scale and serious event capability in a setting shaped by industry.
