The end of year festivities are an opportunity to pause, bring people together and celebrate what has been achieved - British Motor Museum Meetings & Events is inviting companies to do just that with its 2026 range of festive lunches and evening dining.

Surrounded by cars that tell a story of innovation, engineering and social change, guests can enjoy a festive celebration that offers much more than a traditional meal. The packages combine seasonal dining with time among the world’s largest collection of historic British cars and celebrations in the rooftop Sky Suite.

Festive evening dining begin with drinks among the Museum’s collection, creating conversation from the moment guests arrive and giving colleagues time to explore and socialise. The evening then moves to the Sky Suite for a three-course festive dinner.

The private package is priced at £40.95 per person plus VAT and is available for groups of between 80 and 360 guests.

The seasonal menu includes starters such as ham hock and parsley terrine and Hereford Hop soufflé. Main courses include slow-braised beef feather blade, a traditional turkey parcel with sage, onion and cranberry stuffing, and a Moroccan vegetable parcel. Dessert choices include Black Forest chocolate torte, passion fruit and mango cheesecake, and sticky toffee pudding.

Companies looking for a daytime celebration can book a private festive lunch in the Sky Suite, with a minimum of 80 diners. Museum entry on the day is included, giving teams time to explore Britain’s automotive story alongside their Christmas meal.

For smaller teams and individual bookings, the British Motor Museum will also host public festive lunches on:

• Tuesday 15 December

Festive lunches are priced at £32.50 for two courses or £38.50 for three courses. The menu includes traditional turkey alongside beef and vegan main-course options, followed by a choice of three desserts and tea or coffee.
