British Motor Museum
The Museum’s outdoor spaces give organisers the flexibility to take events beyond the meeting room. With 65 acres of grounds, hardstanding arenas, display areas and vehicle demonstration space, British Motor Museum Meetings & Events can support outdoor exhibitions, product launches, automotive events, ride-and-drive programmes, team activity, hospitality and large-scale activations.
Outdoor areas can be used as part of a standalone event or linked with indoor conference and exhibition spaces, allowing organisers to combine formal content with practical demonstrations, display vehicles, experiential activity or informal networking.
This makes the venue a strong option for events that need space, access and impact, particularly for automotive, mobility, engineering, technology, product-led and team-focused programmes.
The Northern and Southern Arenas provide hardstanding space at the front of the Museum, while the Western Arena connects with key indoor areas. The Drive Zone adds a controlled environment for driver training, product demonstrations and mobility experiences. Together, these spaces give organisers the ability to build programmes that move confidently between indoor and outdoor settings.
