British Motor Museum Meetings & Events offers flexible exhibition space for organisers who need practical infrastructure, clear delegate movement and a setting with genuine character. The venue can support product showcases, supplier exhibitions, trade displays, poster sessions, technical demonstrations, sponsor activations and networking-led events.

Indoor exhibition areas connect naturally with the main conference spaces, helping delegates move easily between sessions, catering, displays and networking. Wide access routes, power, vehicle access and strong links between rooms make the venue well suited to exhibitions that need more than a static display environment.

For larger programmes, the exhibition experience can extend outdoors, using hardstanding arenas, display areas and the wider Museum grounds for demonstrations, product launches, ride-and-drive activity or large-scale activations.

The Exhibition Gallery, Gallery 1 and Gallery 2 provide light, contemporary event-support space for stands, catering, registration and sponsor presence. These areas connect with the Conference and Exhibition Suite, Lecture Rooms and South Wing, allowing organisers to create a natural flow between conference content and exhibition activity.
