The Museum offers an atmospheric backdrop which is sure to impress. Available for private functions, the Museum, will accommodate dinners for 60 to 120 guests. Our chefs have created a range of gourmet menus which include a drinks reception with canapés, starter, main course and dessert followed by tea, coffee and petit fours with half a bottle of wine per person.
Our dining in the Museum experiences start from £90 per person (+VAT).
Be it an after conference dinner or a private birthday celebration, why not start your evening with a drinks in the British Motor Museum exploring over 200 British cars, followed by a dining experience in one of our Conference Suites or rooftop Sky Suite. Our chefs have created a range of delicious three course dinner menus followed by tea, coffee and homemade chocolates.

Our roof top Sky Suite is an ideal private space to celebrate someone’s life, share memories and say your goodbyes. Located at the top of the building, it has stunning, far reaching views over the Warwickshire countryside and its own private roof terrace. The room also benefits from its own private entrance, bar and wash room facilities, giving an ideal private and personal space.

A drinks reception is an ideal way to start your evening. Be it a reception amongst the cars in the Museum or drinks on the Sky Suite roof terrace. We can provide a wide selection of drinks from fizz and cocktails to beers and soft drinks, and why not accompany your drinks with nibbles or delicious canapes freshly prepared for you by our Chefs.

Enjoy a delicious Christmas lunch at the British Motor Museum served in the stunning roof-top Sky Suite. There is the option of joining one of our public lunch dates, ideal for you and your colleagues, or booking a private lunch for a company get together, and both options include entry on the day to the Museum. We're ready to deliver a festive welcome to businesses large and small. (Minimum of 80 diners applies for private events).
