Sodexo’s challenge was that they needed a venue that could offer space for a 45 exhibition stands, a large conference room for 350-400 with front projection set, plus an area for a seated and served luncheon. With new delegates arriving every day the signage, timings and flow of the event was critical.
Our solution was to use virtually the whole of the British Motor Museum's extensive conference space. Delegates registered and took morning refreshments in the private Conference Suite Reception Area. The Conference & Exhibition Suite was used for a strategy conference with full stage set and cabaret seating for 400. The Exhibition Gallery was transformed with a full exhibition of 45 stands which then flowed through a series of custom-built theatre display zones in our 3 Lecture rooms. Lunch was served in a private marquee, set within the grounds, providing a relaxing waiter-served lunch in two sittings.
