Free Museum Tours for visitors
Free 45 minute tours of the Museum take place daily at 11am and 2pm and start in the Welcome Gallery. Our friendly team will share their fascinating stories of the cars and their histories. Visitors will get to see the collection in a different light, and usually discover a few new facts along the way. Please note you do not need to book onto this tour.
Free Collections Centre Tours for visitors
Free tours of the Collections Centre start from the main Museum Information Desk in the Welcome Gallery at 12pm and 3pm. As the Collections Centre is a store, there is limited information provided about each vehicle, so the tours offer a chance not only to get up close to the cars but also to learn some of their stories from our knowledgeable volunteers.
If you choose not to join a tour, the Collections Centre is open for visitors to browse at their leisure from 11am to 5pm, with last entry at 4.30pm. Entry provides a chance to get up close to our entire reserve collection and the collection of the Jaguar Heritage Trust. Along the way visitors also get the chance to views the Trust’s mechanics at work in the Restoration Workshop. Visitors will be asked show their Museum ticket at the door to gain access.
Private Tours of the Museum and/ or Collections Centre
What better than your own private tour of the Museum. These tours must be booked at least 1 week in advance and can be arranged for both individual visitors or as part of a family or interest group.
Option 1: Tour of just the Museum or the Collections Centre. Approximately 45 minutes. £45 per guide (max 15 people per tour)
Option 2: Combined tour of the Museum and Collections Centre. Approximately 90 minutes. £60 per guide (max 15 people per tour)
