Sketching and Painting Cars - Autumn Workshop

Develop your art skills and pick up some practical hints and tips
10AM - 4.30PM
£50 per person

You will be taken through the basic techniques of painting cars and auto memorabilia in pencil or watercolour, including practical hints and tips.

Get to grips with colour, shade and light as well as basic composition. Receive tuition and guidance on methods for painting and sketching metal and polished surfaces and look at ways to create new angles - all designed to improve your sketching and painting.

The workshop will be led by Richard Cook, a recently retired art teacher and accomplished pencil sketcher and painter with many years' experience.

Workshop level:  Beginner and Intermediate

Group Size: Max: 10 participants

Workshop times: Wednesday 16 October 10.30am to 4.30pm

Price

£50 per person - includes course, morning tea/coffee, and an annual pass to the Museum.
Please note: lunch is not provided but there is a café, or you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch.
