Living with a Classic Car

If you own a classic car this practical workshop is an opportunity to develop your maintenance and restoration skills. Learning from expert tutors and fellow owners, this is also a great opportunity to share hints and techniques to get the most enjoyment from your classic car.

The day will be split into three sessions:

Classic Car Maintenance

In order to keep your car on the road this session is a step up from basic maintenance and looks at carrying out a full service of the car.

Classic Car Cosmetics

This session will explore how you can keep your car looking its best. It starts with a demonstration of how to clean and cosmetically restore minor blemishes and covers topics such as the best car care products, polishing techniques, and how best to protect your paintwork.

Classic Car Fault Finding

For the times you're out on the open road and your classic car shudders to a stop! You will learn some handy hints and tips on where to start looking for the fault to get you back on the road.
