We know there are lots of delegates looking forward to attending physical meetings once again. Business meetings of up to 30 people are permitted under the current guidance and whilst it may seem daunting to host a real meeting, we are here to help you every step of the way.

With a number of large rooms available, we can offer you plenty of space for social distancing; ensuring that meeting delegates and organisers feel safe at all times.
 
Whilst our room capacities, day delegate packages and catering options have been adjusted to reflect the changes to the way we operate, we have ensured quality is still at the heart of what we do.
 
We're here to help clients achieve their objectives and deliver excellent meeting experiences.

The British Motor Museum is a Covid secure venue and our procedures are reviewed in line with changes to the Government advice.

All rooms come with 1gbps Wi-Fi, air conditioning, HD TV screens or data projectors. With flip charts, pens and paper available on request.
